I have used this app for a few years. Every time I get a new phone or iPad, I download it. The background music is so soothing and his voice almost always puts me to sleep and I am such a light sleeper and mind racer! I will never live without this app. It does exactly what its says as long as you let it. It did take me a couple times as I was almost afraid to "let my mind relax," but once I did, works every time.
