Helped with travel

I never leave reviews but I am compelled to today after a 12 hour flight to London. I am never able to sleep on planes but this time every time I had one of the sessions on, I fell right to sleep without a problem. Im facing another 10 hour flight and so glad that I have this! Downloading some new ones too!
