Battling Insomnia
I was having terrible problems with insomnia and anxiety, for 2 months, while adjusting to a stressful new job (as well as other problems). At first I tried five different hypnosis apps to try to whip insomnia and anxiety, but i ended up deleting all except the ones by Glenn Harrold. His voice and his rhythm of speech helped me get to sleep in less than 20 minutes. At first I woke up again later, and had to use the app again, but soon I was sleeping got longer periods, and I felt less anxious and more positive when I awoke in the morning.
