Remarkable and Life-Altering

I have had a very tough couple of years, and was feeling overwhelmed, defeated and that I could drown in the despair. My internal voice is a jerk, and was making really difficult situations even worse.

I feel like this app has not only made me feel relaxed and optimistic while I listen to it -- but it is gently reprogramming my internal world with a voice that is calm, optimistic and encouraging.

Even though it is really just a digital recording, Glenns voice is one of great comfort and hope. I have never received these messages of power, optimism, and peace -- and I think they are changing my life.
